MrGreenTrades LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to MrGreenTrades LLC, a professional lawn services company. We appreciate your interest in our services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our lawn services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as any other policies and guidelines posted on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
MrGreenTrades LLC offers a range of lawn care and professional services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, seasonal services, and property management. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement between you and MrGreenTrades LLC.
3. Service Agreements
All services provided by MrGreenTrades LLC will be governed by a separate service agreement. This agreement will outline the scope of work, schedule, pricing, payment terms, and any other relevant details specific to the services you request.
4. Pricing and Payment
You agree to pay the fees specified in the service agreement for the services provided by MrGreenTrades LLC. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide MrGreenTrades LLC with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a service charge. After two consecutive cancelations the clients account will go in-active. Client will need to contact MrGreenTrades LLC to re-activate account.
6. Access to Your Property
You grant MrGreenTrades LLC access to your property for the purpose of providing lawn services. You are responsible for ensuring that there are no obstacles, hazards, or pets that may impede our ability to provide the services safely.
7. Quality of Service
MrGreenTrades LLC is committed to providing high-quality lawn services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 2 days of the service date, and we will work to address and resolve any issues.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective services, MrGreenTrades LLC will not be held liable for any damage to property, injury, or other incidents that occur while providing lawn services. We recommend that you secure any valuable or fragile items before our arrival.
9. Termination of Services
MrGreenTrades LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service or the terms outlined in the service agreement. We also reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
11. Changes to Terms
MrGreenTrades LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
12. Inclement Weather Policy
Due to inclement weather we will reschedule to service your property on our scheduled make-up days Friday – Sunday. If the client is setup for a weekly or bi-weekly subscription and weather remains unsafe to service the property within the service week, the client will be charged the agreed upon weekly or bi-weekly service charge for that week.
